Description/Blazon
A Gold color metal and enamel device 1 3/16 inches (3.02 cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned:  Per fess Azure and Or, in chief a demi-griffin segreant of the last, eyed Gules, holding in dexter talon a sword erect of the like, in base a gauntlet aversant Sable embellished of the second grasping two lightning flashes saltirewise of the third.  Below the shield is a Black scroll inscribed "VINDICO LAEDO" in Gold letters.

Symbolism
Scarlet is one of the colors traditionally used by Support; it also is the color of valor and sacrifice.  Gold is emblematic of excellence and high ideals.  Blue is the color of loyalty and trust.  Black represents consistency and confidence.  The griffin, an awesome heraldic beast, embodies diligence and courage.  The sword signifies justice and military readiness.  The lightning flashes represent swiftness and power.  The gauntlet highlights the qualities of leadership and strength.  The motto translates to "Deliver The Strike."
